Quich Lorraine 6 large eggs 3/4 # Swiss cheese, crated or cubed 8 slices bacon cooked and diced allow to cool 2 medium onions chopped, cooked or caramalized allow to cool 1 pint cream grated nutmeg to taste ground white pepper to taste Mix eggs until smooth, add cream, nutmeg, pepper and mix. Stir in remaining ingredients Fill 2 9" deep dish pie crusts Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, rotate and cook 20 - 25 more or until toothpick inserted comes out clean Cool on rack and serve, warm or room temperature
